Elm house is a large, airy child’s playhouse. Originally modelled on our well known Walnut Cottage, with straightforward exterior cladding and brush thatch roof this house can certainly be used for all your needs. This playhouse is extremely spacious and offers 3.5sq.m of floor space and 1.2m headspace on the lower level and also as you head upstairs, you will find the roof rising to 1.7m.

If the colours do not suit your own taste; then the internal walls can be finished in a colour of your choice. If you think your child would benefit from a mini kitchen then it can be commissioned for an additional £1,391.30 plus VAT. As you enter the second floor you will find yourself seeing two doorways, the first leading to a hardwood play slide, perfect for little ones, and the second leading to a veranda with a fun climbing net. Plenty of fun is to be had in this robust children’s playhouse.
